Anyone has website hosted by W3HUB?

Hi,
Anyone here have sites hosted by www.w3hub.com ?
If yes, do you hv problems accessing your emails hosted by their server? I log in last nite to find all my emails got wiped out. I hv written them an email on this but till now no response. I just pray that this is just some server backup issue or something like that else I'll be in deep ****.

I do have a site hosted by them, and i rarely use email hosted by their server. It's maybe time to check my email.

Hope that it's just a backup issue.

Now it is even worse, my site is totally down.
I am trying to call their hotline but it is always engaged.

I used to have my website hosted by W3Hub, and I have experience server down twice (in 2 years).
In one of those server down, I lost a couple of days of information...
