Anyone else got this on their mobile?

I received a SMS today that said I successfully signed up for some PSCG'08, then tell me
to log in at http://pmsc.poems.com.sg on my mobile. Even got User ID and Pin provided.

I dun remember signing for anything like that at all. Is this one of those service provider stuff
that I have to call Singtel up to cancel?:dunno:
