Anyone been to Creative Thai 2012 Fashion Show @ Vivocity Central Court?

There is a free fashion show going on and can really get up close to the models.

All excited by the pretty models.

Still got this saturday and sunday show at 4.30pm and 7.30pm respectively. If you take the evening show, be sure to do the manual white balance beforehand as the tungsten lighting is more powerful during evening session....might want to bring flash also.

Do be very early if you want to chop a good place as the current trend now is to use a bag, step ladder or even tripod to chop space. And not only space, they can also be used to chop firing arc as well. Both sides of the runway has seats and at the very end of runway is usually the photographer wall. Dont be surprised if the person in front of you come out one step ladder thus blocking your view.

One last thing, be nice. never know the person you have been talking to is one of the stakeholders and gives an invite to their store opening in Singapore. Boy was i surprised.

Thats the "Ladder Gang" technique. They do deserved the credit to be early and chop places. but never stand behind them, once they deployed and step on the ladder you see a human wall blocking everyone behind......

Surprised that you were there. I think I was standing near you but I had not uploaded them yet. One photographer blocked my camera so I only snapped half bodies or faces only. I stand at wrong place. Grin....:cry:

actually i was next to the mini round stage. and not really that close. all my photo are heavy crop. and i ambush one location with my DA40XS. and snap when model enter the frame. it was way too crowded to shoot freely.
