yaya...september is their peak season....
but its still one of the few places the nature really takes you aback.
I feel that its a pretty safe place, though I don't know how badly SARS has affected them. (their borders were closed to all foreigners last may)
how are you entering Tibet? via Nepal or China mainland side?
