Anybody know where to find attic or small shophouses for lease?

It's not for studio setup, but basically a small area (300-500 sq ft) to meet clients and showcase works, etc..

Realized it's quite hard to find because agents usually lease out 2nd level + attic (for shophouses), and not just attic only.. I don't need the 2nd level huge space at all :bsmilie:

Any clue how to find? Let me know, thanks!

Shouldn't be much problem finding this size alternatively can get a whole unit say 1000 sq ft and sublet I/2 shop.

i saw this little shop house in orchard road for rent when i was passing by earlier, its next to teh international school opposite heren..or so i think.

Snice u r not using it as a studio, would u mind an office space next to CBD n mins drive to Orchard n Chinatown 5 mins to Chinatown MRT n 10 mins to Outrum MRT? can contact me at 97437934 still got others available!
