Any users of the RRS bh-40 ball head?

I have read reviews of it sagging about 1mm before locking. Is it a serious issue? I am seriously considering this over the Markins M10, sacrificing the smoothness for built. Advices appreciated. Thanks.

OT abit: Seems like the Markins M10 could be gotten from Korean websites for as low as SGD400!!! Very tempting.
