Anyone out here? Just recently got addicted to buying toy figurines.
Just recently ebayed for LOST figures :bsmilie:
Got any online toyshops to recommend that can ship toys to SGP cheaply?

CSC dun have meh?

sorry but what's CSC ?

CSC dont have everything.
Ebay has many problems with fakes (or fake original - more or less they are rejects from CQ and resold).
Some CSC shops also sell fakes - if you dont have sharp eyes you might miss but some are blatantly so ugly you know it is fake.
If you are into the hobby check out http://forums.figurakuen.com :)

Me!!

I collect toys for years...
mostly 12" figures and designer toys.

Now taking up this new expensive hobby. Collecting lens. hahaha..

I collect mostly Transformers.

here is one quarter of my collection:

The other 3/4 are still in their boxes in my cupboard or shelves. I collect mostly vintage transformers or vintage re-issues by takara, buy them on ebay or through other collectors back than when yahoo auctions singapore was still around slowed down last year because camera stuff too poisonous:bsmilie: & I realise the Encore re-issues from Takara Tommy are like flooding the market & the plastic quality isnt that great as the vintage transformers from the 1980s.

Prob the more prominent one in the picture would be fortress maximus, most valuable transformer I have up till date & also, it is still the biggest transformer toy ever manufacturered.

The optiums prime I have on the left of the picture still MIB belonged to me when I was a kid, fantastic condition, still has the $59.90 tag from Diamaru!!!! Back than in 1980s, $59.90 was quite a sum for a kid like me! haha

Awesome collection! Btw one thing I dun understand is why do most toy collectors keep their toys in the box? I mean I will just wanna take it out for play and display it in all its glory rite?

hahaha! No way! Its damn hard to get one like that! It is actually not Star Sabre, it is Victory Saber coz Star Sabre I connected it together with Victory Sabre! I only left the rifle on display, kept the rest of the weapons, limited space at home la.

Am actually looking for Overlord from the Transformers: Super-God Masterforce series to accompany my Ginrai! Got a Black Ginrai & the orange Fire Guts Ginrai on my shelve!

Erm, some people keep for value purposes...

I used to open them up for display but after awhile, I just put all of them back in their boxes. These days when ever I get a new toy, I just use a clear plastic wrapper to wrap it up & keep it.

My reason being it is damn hard to clean lor, wa lau, the dust on the transformer's nook & cranny is no joke man, cleaning cameras also not so xiong! hahaha! I had to use one of my gf's spare blusher brush to brush the dust off :bsmilie:
Ya, so by keeping them in the boxes & wrapping it in plastic, it is much easier to clean, I can use a slightly damp cloth to wipe all the boxes! Easy & fast, anyway there is a plastic wrapping over the boxes, so dont have to worry about the damp cloth spoiling the cupboard of the box.

Here is some pics:

To those of you who remember 80s toys well, here is a MISB M.A.S.K. Rhino! Bruce Sato & Matt Tracker!
There is also a Starcom Shadow Bat in the picture complete with 2 Shadow Parasites & in the undercarriage of the Shadow bat, there is a vehicle, cant remember what is the name though...

Zig Ziggler: Paiseh ah, spam your thread so much but the talk of toys, I just cant help it. I used to buy so much toys back than!

Oh ya, anyone know where I can sell them? Was thinking of trimming down my collection, keeping the valuable ones & the not so valuable ones, was thinking of selling them off.

Ya. Dust in toys is worse than dust in lens.

lens got dust, no problem. go service.

toys got dust, problem. gotta service yourself.
