color curves, it seems.

r, g, b.. as to what was done, don't know. i can't even remember what i do sometimes.
 

looks like shot on film,

expired color negative, underexposed more than one stop, process normally, scan into CD will very little correction.

I second this.. but need not be expired film, just underexposed by quite a bit, probably about 2 stops, thereabouts.

definitely shot w film guys! was wondering if there a pp workflow for this effect. love the pastel color feel of it! :)

This does not look like film at all.

Back to the topic, Kodak Gold 200 tends towards green when underexposed and yes, you can pp your digital photo to look like that.
