Wide enough or at least 24mm.

If you wish to take self portrait, 24mm wide angle does not give you ideal perspective.

Assuming you wish to take half body or head shot self portrait, 85mm is ideal.

You could look for a zoom that covers / includes that focal length.

i'm assuming that if someone wants to take a self-portrait, the person would be holding on to the camera. try doing that with an 85mm FOV on a P&S, and you'll be shooting right up your nostrils :)

My rx100 serves me well as I always solo. Actually 28mm will do most of the time. Too wide, you will see your arms too. Heh heh!

all it takes in practice... any camera will do the job perfectly fine.

or just use the iphone ;)

There's always the dual screen samsung camera :)

I still think mobile phone is the best.

Not if ur using the front camera..the main still okay..but the front...unless there is enough light...maybe can pass off..if its dark...zip..

I would think you need to see the screen as well like those dual screen or those screen can be flip.

You can try on Samsung MV900F. Specially designed to suit for 自拍

I dont suggest phone bcos of the low pic quality.

Unless at the point u need but no cam then use lor.

actually hp is fine, unless u going to print it or u shooting in low light.

I would feel whoever wishes to take photos of themselves with a PnS would be holding their cam in their hands, at 85mm....well.....it would be comical?
