any repair shops other than nikon svc ctr?

just come from nikon svc ctr and they are quoting me a bomb to repair, ard 1/3 the price i paid for the cam 3 yrs ago.

is there other places i can go to get it repaired? was hoping i can get a better price this way

There are quite a number of 3rd part camera repair shops and people.

You can try bro fatigue (here in clubsnap), camera hospital, P&G camera, among many out there.
