Please recommend some place which is not too expensive and can wear shorts.. can be anywhere in Singapore.. with own transportation

River Valley, that mama shop....their pattaya mee goreng n ice cream banana very nice .... + dinosaurs drink..... yummy......... usually party goers will go there after clubbing

Punggol Nasi Lemak at the same road.
Chongpang Nasi Lemak also there!

Prata along Upper Bukit Timah Rd,(opp Beatuy World)

Prata along thomson road... super crispy!
