Filter --> Distort --> Lens Correction

Can adjust the vignetting in the window which pops out, bonk.

This is another workflow which allows you to control the area to be affected by vignetting, not only around the edges of the picture

1) Create a new layer on top of your picture and fill it with black colour
2) Hide that layer and switch to the layer which contains the pic
3) Use the lasso tool to define the shape of the area for vignetting to take place
4) Now select and make the black layer visible
5) right click on the lasso selected area and choose "feather" on the sub menu that pops up
6) Set feather radius to about 200
7) Hit the delete key, you should now have a dark area circling your picture which gradually fades to transparent at the center
8) Now change the opacity of the black layer to 30% or any amount to vary the intensity of the vignetting effect

Hope this helps :)
