Any Interesting 3D mmorpgs/MUDs around?

I have just finished my semestral exams yesterday and I am looking for a spend-free way to spend the holidays.

So, does anyone have a mmorpg/MUD to reccommend?
Well, I don't want to pay, that's the reason why I can't play EverQuest 2, WoW or Ascarion 2.
I surfed the net all night today looking for a decent place to spend my holidays. But nope, the graphics suck or the story plot is plain lousy.

Gate to Heaven takes forever to download. *long sigh*

Oh yes, anyone can reccomend a good text based MUDs with roleplay? I used to dig that a lot and was very into roleplaying in text-based MUDs.

Well. Nobody would hire a person for only 2 weeks because that's all I'm available for.
(I was thinking of helping UL out but it seemed unreasonable because I'm only going to be free for 2 weeks!!!)

roseon is seriously laggy. Till they upgrade the system, its best to avoid it. The gameplay is very similar to Ragnarok Online with Knights/Crusaders, Mages, Hawkers(Amazon-like class), etc. I gave up at soldier, got tired of the laggy system and hack/slashing all day.
