there were issues with the Hexar RF with Leica lenses which caused quite a big hoo-hah. Apparently the Hexars are not built to the same tolerances and some cameras had different film plane to lens distance, or something like that, which caused very slightly out of focus images with Leica lenses. (Actually some can't see the difference)
I think Konica later acknowledged the problem. However, it's an easily solved problem - it's a matter of sending it in to calibrate the thing. Popular Photography recently raised the issue again.
Bessas are all ok. One should be able to use M mount Leitz lenses without worry!
