Any idea where to change Argentina Peso currency?

Guys any idea where to change Argentina Peso currency?

I went for a trip to KL a few mths back and met this man in his 40s.
He got a few thousands of Argentina pesos and the cash converter over there won't accept due to the argentina banks' debts which is true.
Feeling sorry for this man I gave him fifty SGD dollars and a couple of RM
and he gave me 500 Argentina Pesos.
I had it to look for counterfeit at local cash converter and it is genuine alright.
But I found out that asian market doesn't accept Argentina Pesos.
And the problem is where can i change it?
Any ideas? :dunno:

I don't think u can find any money changer accept Pesos.

May be u can ask the bank.

The worth case, u might keep it as souvenir.

What's the exchange rate of Pesos?

I think bank may get a better chance.

500 Argentina pesos is equivalent to SGD280!!!

I suggest you go to the airport to try your luck or ask any check-in passenger in the airport going to argentina to try your luck too.

You can exchange back to USD/Euros if they dun have SGD.

But I would foresee that the people will buy at a ridiculous price.
