Any hearing-impaired shooters wanted to join photography outing ?

I just did for Tang Shooters' recent outing

Sorry ~ I'm Gerald from Tang Shooters.

I believe that typically there should be no issue with anyone joining us (any groups in CS) for the shoot. Should it gets a little trickier, just pre-alert the organiser a little prior to the event and most shooters will be willing to be of assistance. My shooters buddies do look after one another in the team... anyway.

Hope to see you soon too!

anyway, sorry for the bad joke

i believe that it should not be a problem for hearing impaired to join normal outings
just inform the organiser and see if you can get some kakis to go with you

Not a good joke.:(
imagine a hearing impaired person posting this and seeing these replies.:(

it depends on the individual

i have learned to laugh at myself and not be so sensitive to comments
and i believe that more should do the same

anyway, i was making a joke on myself and not anyone else

actually, all those who have shot with me before should know that i am deaf in my left ear, i guess that counts as hearing impaired :) even though it is not as serious as it sounds, really.

and no, i do not mind such jokes.. is not offensive to me anyways, else life would be so difficult.

mind if i ask what your condition is, ts?

i think the only restriction/hinder will be shooting in the open during rain condition and of course, underwater.

I opp of you. My right ear is deaf :).

i find it more of a boon than a bane.. very useful

only trouble is when driving.. cannot hear the person sitting in front unless they speak louder

look on the bright side, u only have to turn a deaf ear...

welllll you see
it's very useful when you sleep at night
and if you don't really want to listen to someone talk, you can just walk on their right side.. and after a while they will realise that you can't really hear them :) :) :)
