Any good (n cheap) halal restaurant in Clementi?

I am looking for recommendation of a good and relative cheap ($20++ per head) halal restaurant in the Clementi, West Coast or Upp Bukit Timah area.

I was invited 3 years back to halal restaurant at a coffee shop behind west coast market (not the market opposite Ginza). No air-con but food is ok.

You may want to check the location first. I was told they adv in yellow pages.
