any free program to convert pdf to jpg?

as above, looking for a freeware program that does this.

i know it can be done in photoshop etc lah, but i need one that can be installed on multiple machines without license issues

just use search engine search "convert pdf to jpg" u will have many program.
I tried one: www.pdftoall.com works
as software is at a cost, trial version last for some time/usage.
then switch to another free program again....

thanks, i did some searches but found only trial versions and shareware. i'm looking for a longterm free solution (not involving hacks/pirated copies etc), because it's not for myself.

i know it sounds a bit cheapskate lah, but it's just a simple function, so i'm hoping there's a freeware thing somewhere out there...

Yes there is...
Try Ghostscript. They have it for multiple platforms.
I have converted pdf to tiff. I'm sure it will be able to convert to jpg too.

Don't know if GIMP is able to do it.

Edit: Think you'll need Ghostscript plugin.

Ya, Alt+PrintScrn and paste into Words.

You can use the Snapshot Tool button in Adobe Reader too and paste into Paint or something like that to save into jpg.
