any free program can swap color channel?

i try using DPP, bt i dont think it can swap color channel for IR.

i like to try out color IR
normally i just use picasa to do abit of editing on my photo, and i cant find color channel swapping on it. (picasa)
DPP also dont have,
any other free photo edit software can do channel swapping?

You can try GIMP. it is free and 70-80% functionality of Photoshop.
