Any digital editing photo touchup courses?

Hi guys,

I am interested to sign up for courses on how to use Photoshop,etc, to touch up or edit photos. I am keen to learn how to remove wrinkles, make younger, make prettier, increase vibrancy, etc, through editing using the standard software.

I am already familiar with the basics of these editing software but would like to attend a course to learn how the professionals do it.

Any courses out there?

GSA does have elementary courses in PS. If you have not attended anything before, you may want to start with this one.
