Any CSers know, where can i find small-scale plastics fabrication company?

Preferable ABS, ABS+PC.

I'm building something that requires a custom housing. Any info/help is appreciated.

Whjat is your qty? The tooling cost alone is at least S$1800 and above....depending the precision requied and complexity?

He said "custom housing", so the tooling may be much bigger, and cost much more than that.... :sweat:

i din know u in plastic 1...

anyway thread starter... u got any design specs u wanna show? cos i think i can ask those 'smaller' scale 1 if they willing to take anot...

i am heater manufacturer for plastic injection machine lah... not in plastic manufacturer ;p

It is a prototype design. Will most probably incorporate electronics circuit into it.

By the way, I'm still working on the final design.

i'm looking for something simliar too.. but found out tooling for mould will already cost me several hundreds alone.. too expensive for a home project IMHO.. so I sort of scrapped the project..

tat really depends if your idea can sell anot... if you think your idea can get patent or something, just go to SPRING... they might fund you for your project.

nah.. my project is not really something inovative. but more for the lazy people. ;p

actually there is a company in sg making parts for Tomy toys... can't disclose their name here... hehe... but dunno who makes for Bandai thou, from what i know, bandai does their plastic fabrication in china if i am not wrong...
