Preferbly around Mong kok, jordan or jian sha chui...

Check this out. The site even have price guide for HK.

I buy from Wing Shing, which is the same as Man Shing ( I believe so as they share the same plastic bags with both shops printed on either side of the bag). And Man Shing is the dealer for Tokina (printed on the Tokina HK Warranty).
