I just found this forum while researching UV filters. I recently ordered a Sony Alpha A350 and am eagerly awaiting its arrival. Got a great price for the body, two lenses and a grip which holds two extra batteries. I went with Sony primarily because it will accept my Minolta Maxim 7000i auto focus lenses.
Thanks to the postings elsewhere on this forum I'll be ordering two B&W MRC UV filters for my new lenses.
If anyone reading this has information about any quirks of the A350, I'd appreciate hearing from you. Aside from snapshots, I'll be trying (the operative word IS trying) to take action photos at minor league hockey games for a fan club site come next fall.
