That is the problem when individual was given absolute power. They will abuse it.

There must always be some check and balance. Since we are in education, how about who decide which child gets into primary one? Any back door?

Well, it looks like there are many, many juice news lately. Just wonder why?

I think a lot of people miss this point
But apparently the law.. or how things are structured, could only hold the prof liable. Worst case, prof lose his job ? :dunno:

i believe she also have to bear some responsiblity.

i find that is not fair just the professor gets shamed upon.

Yes I think this will make the professor think about the gender discrimination in the law system.. lol

But dun forget that he is a Law Prof, meaning he knows the law very, very well. Not sure if he knows the code of conduct of NUS and MOE.
