La la Land
I found another model agency that infringed my copyright. The photos were used in a compcard and uploaded to their website without my permission. ;(
And the model also never allowed them to use the photos!!

Just FYI to let you guys check if your pics are used. Here's their URL

lol... first things first... where did u upload ur photos to? the tncs sometimes do not protect u one:sweat:

I only gave the photos to the model lo, with instructions that she cannot pass them to third parties for usage.

She sent the photos to them as part of her portfolio and specifically told them not to put on their website. The photos were editted into the compcard and uploaded anyway.

However, it seems they are quite responsive. I sent out an email yesterday night and got a reply from them this morning. They should be taking the photos off soon, unlike some other agencies in the past who gave lots of excuses.

Will have to wait and see ba. Hope you guys are not affected.

As of this moment 18 Jun 2010 12.52am, the photos are unchanged. Main photo on the left side is a cropped photo from one of mine, and to the right of the main photo, both photos on the top row. My copyright markings were PSed away. Anyway they claim that another person did the editing and put up everything but that person is no longer with the company, left one man operation only. And that they will remove the said photos soon. Wait wait lo....

I say nail them. Using images without permission is akin to stealing.

Regardless, the person who owns the company has to be held responsible.

Taken down liaoz. Website is now "Under Reconstruction". After this episode, they are probably more aware about photographers' copyrights. :)
