We are extremely pleased to be able to launch and announce the biggest development since ClubSNAP was formed more than 2 years ago -
ClubSNAP's Photography Galleries

In a collaboration effort with Convergent Systems Pte Ltd (distributor of Kingston memory products), ClubSNAP's Photography Galleries will provide 5MB of free online storage space to all registered ClubSNAP members for the purpose of allowing members to easily share and get critiques on their images.

Registered members can now access and use the Galleries with immediate effect by logging on with their ClubSNAP userid and password.

how to post photos?

1. Log in to the Gallery using your existing ClubSNAP userid and password
2. Click on Upload Photos (on the menubar, top-right)
3. Select a CATEGORY for the images - either to one of the pre-defined Categories or to your own private gallery/album.
4. Select up to 5 photos to upload.
5. Click Submit
6. Enter details for each of the 5 photos. You can also change the Category or private album/gallery for each of the photos here.
7. Click on Process Files to finalise upload and display the images.

So what is the diff between the gallery in the forum and newly formed clubsnap gallery other than free upload? Do you mean that we will have to check both places for new photos?

The Gallery section in ClubSNAP Forums is where one would start a discussion on their images for general critique and sharing.

The Gallery over at http://gallery.clubsnap.com/ would be where the actual image would be stored.

Thank you Convergent Systems/Kingston!
Thank you admins!
Definitely

Best news!

Hopefully the number of pic posted will increase. :cheergal:

Thanks Convergent for the sponsor.

How come under the filesize some of the photos will reflect 2 file size.

Fo example 25.2, 50.6 :dunno:

This is definitely one of the best initatives that CS has ever offered.
Great work!

50.6 is the actual file size, 25.2 is the file being resize as standard display file size
