Very nice series you have, esp the last pic, nicely composed.
As for the background, you might want to try adding a 1px black stroke to the inner image, just to difference out the photo and the frame. Personally find those with light colour frames, the top right corner looks a bit weird.
Altenatively, you might want to try using emboss style instead.
