Can give some suggestions on setting to improve sharpness?

Blurrish may be....i took the shot at ard 9pm by hand. Got slight difficulty in getting it focus.

it turns out blur cos u didn't use a tripod
try using a tripod when taking night shots

If you're serious into night photography, a tripod is a definite must.

Added with my experience ( a newbie ) the difference for with and without tripod is very significant.... ..

What is the ISO setting, shutter speed and f-stop? The image is quite noisy.

This one is set to ISO400. The rest can't remember...

Noisy ??? Ermm....how do u consider that?? I only heard two 'clicks'....

Not noise as in sound.
Go here to find out what noise means:
Noise

Basically its the spots that appear in an image. For digital cameras, when the exposure is long and/or when the ISO settings is high, the image is more susceptible to noise.

I suggest you use a viewer such as ACDSEE to view images. From this viewer, you can view properties of the image like ISO, exposure, f-stop. All camera settings are captured in the image. You just need a tool to get it.
