Composition...like the passport photo style.

Lighting ... very dull.

Without other supporting architecture, can't tell it is old feel.

Just like shooting a signage.

Lightning conductor and an eyelet should be removed.

It's suppose to be more bigger picture and yes i can feel it very dull also , thanks anyway .

I dont think it is dull! Well taken. Composition does make it look like signage, but that is exactly the aim. The strong contrast of the words/sign to the light brown bg is good, and it stands out from the blue sky. Vignetting has a very positive effect here. Lightning conducter is part of the shot, if you have to take it with the sign, leave it in.

I think with a smaller size, it is easier to see the full picture on screen to better appreciate it.
