night86mare: now that you mentioned it and i review it again, the blackness does seems to bug me. was working on 50% canvas, neglected to step a back to review. great that you highlight this out. will recrop it in the final print.

because, i always prefer square crop.

yes, now i also do feel the surrounding blackness has to be trimmed away.

i dont have a pet cat though i wish i could.

the cat is around (actually there were two cats around, black and white!), hence luckily, it was under the same lighting condition.
