Looks to me that the white highlights is burnt... got to control the exposure there. And the winter-wear theme somehow clashes with the background (the BG looks like a kids party)

I concur with zac08 on this. When shooting subjects wearing white, you have to be very mindful about the exposure.

You could also consider choosing a different location for this shot. Winter wear... Uh... kind of not appropriate?

anyway, just shoot her with any type of background, without green foliage, colorfully background.
have dull sky even better.
