Agree with KC, and personally I think the composition is too tight too. I guess the subject is the colorful building, but from this pic I can't really tell whether the photographer's interest is on the building, the windows, or some other objects... suggestion is to either zoom out to shoot the whole building, or to zoom in further to concentrate on the windows...
