From my past experience, ( not sure whether they have change any security ruling ), outside at the depature/arrival hall general photography is permitted. ( at their discretion ) I doubt wedding is allowed.
Once behind the gate, or the holding area of the departure hall, then a written permit is certainly required from the airport authority and also has to pay for the service of airport police to escort along. As the permit clearly state which specific area are allowed to be photographed, not anywhere as you like. First, must report to the airport police post, to get equipment screened, exchange of access pass, and when applying,( one week ahead) must filled a form of all the particulars of personnel involved and brief description of equipments intended to bring in. Permit is only good for the date and time approved.
The police officer is actually there to make sure you do not trepass/abuse the permit, not so much as to protect you. Also when there is any senior officer passes by and ask, why are these people here, he will answer on your behalf. Sorry for OFF TOPIC.
