Adopting children from overseas.

Anyone knows what is the avenue to adopt a child from overseas ?
As in sponsoring those children from 3rd world country etc. ?
Been trying to find out for a long time, but most people don't know about it... me too..

Hope to find out more about it thru the powers of the internet (and the cs community) hehe~
