Miranda is a good alternative too, with LOTS of plugins for it. works with windows too. Adiumx only works for MACs

I'm still using trillian 2. Do the other multi IM clients support voicec or video? Trilllian does not.

hmm.... been using AdiumX since last year man.... one of the better and customisable multi-client chat tool for Mac-users.

try downloading their message style - mine's in the Metal Gear Solid look complete with sound alerts.. damn fun

The program detects the proximity of your mobile phone and if you move out of its reach, screensaver can be turned on automatically, iTunes/DVD Player will pause and even your iChat status is set to Away. SMS logs, fully integrated with Address Book... I like!

AFAIK, the other clients (Miranda, Gaim) do not have voice/video support.
