You mean the Tamron Adaptall adapter right? There are two types, don't know which one you are looking at.

I saw some at a camera store in Adelphi, in the basement. Don't know if there is any Pentax one, and didn't ask the price. You might give him a call, Adelphi #B1-04, David 68370696.
