yes, you can get visa on arrival for kenya, BUT you will have to check first of all if visa on arrival is valid for all passports or only holders of certain passports. Different countries have different regulations. If you cannot find the info on the web, then I suggest you call the Kenyan Embassy in Malaysia before you make a trip there. Calling will be cheaper than making a wasted trip. What I do know is,certain (not all) commonwealth countries can get into Kenya visa free, including Singapore. When I was crossing the borders into Kenya, I saw people from America, Canada, New Zealand etc. all getting their visas on the spot at the immigration.
