About chinese wedding

My friend invited me to photograph her chinese traditional wedding, and she's done with the ROM. As this is my first chinese wedding venture, what are the important moments to capture? And any do's or don'ts to observe? Like wat to take or wat not to take...can use flash or not. This is my chance to learn something about the chinese culture but at the same time, I don't want to embarass myself or become nuisance in any way.
