Accidents which happen in the back seat of the car are not covered by insurance nor the resulting aftermat 10 months later :bsmilie:

Come to abandon HDB estate... the Neo Tiew HDB estate came into mind.

Vincent's Travel Journal: Neo Tiew HDB [21/03]

Neo Tiew Estate | Remember Singapore

Not sure if there is a carpark there or not though.
Had recent ICT exercise there last year. Slept at one of the void decks. Was a pretty interesting experience to be in that place. Believe it's inaccesible to public now, fenced up with guards at the gate.

not so much where but WHEN

most large shopping malls car parks are pretty much empty very early in the mornings

most Shenton Way area car parks are pretty much empty on sundays + early in the mornings

Marina South - the new Cruise Center has a multi storey car park that is virtually empty most of the time
