I have a question.

Are the batteries that are used to power the Nikon FM 601 still readily available?

Kindly advise.

Yup, they should. CR-P2 batteries should be easily available.

Someone told me it isn't worth fixing the FM 601 as the batteries used for it isn't readily available anymore...
