Yup.
But typically in back-end workers are wearing anti-static smocks and booties.

But even with the anti-stat bands, wouldn't there be finger oils and 'gunk'?

There is a part in the begining of the video where a worker is flimed wearing a face mask without covering his nose in the cleanroom. :nono:
