Sion, this is very common in Singapore where PRC hawkers have set up food stalls in various places.

I feel this kind of stunt only available in mainland china, so my conclusion is, 少林武当,同出一家, 中原武林,高手如云,卧虎藏龙,拉面不同。

Thanks. I'll go and shoot them.
this is not common in singapore, usually in singapore (hawker center, food court) they use these to make noodles, no skill needed.

they call it shou gong mian.........

where is the shou gong, you might ask...any tom , dick , jerry can open a shop and call it "shou gong mian"

you want got skill one, you have to find, last time IMM got one, not sure if close down already or not.

Another La Mian stall at Lavender Food Square.

Just take a walk down Geylang. Lots of PRC eateries there. Sure got La Mian.

If you prefer restaurants, just go to the Crystal Jade La Mian various branches all over Singapore.
