Have anyone tried this setup.....

Making a spotting scope with your equipment.....

- 2x teleconverter
- Camera
- Angle Finder with 2x option
= 800mm f5.6

- 70~200mm f2.8

- Camera
- Angle Finder with 2x option
=1120mm f8

Physically long one!!!!!!

Tried this ..

-Tamron 500mm mirror f8
- 2x TC
- Digicam
= 1500mm f16

Quite a short one though owing to the mirror lens.

Surprisingly its quite sharp .. am surprised with the Tamron's performance. However its best in clear sky / environment otherwise the compression of the distance will "fog" the photo due to the dust in the air.
