Hi,

Here's some more shots taken at the recent SYF st National Stadium. All pics taken with Nikkor 70-200mm VR. A fantastic lens.. especially with VR turned on!

Just to give you advance warning....

I don't know about how the others would view the shots on their monitor screen, but on mine quite a good number of the photos had problems with camera shake or out of focus. But some of them were properly in focus like the last one that you have.

Other all a good attempt...

same feeling here. maybe the shutter speed is too slow to freeze the people captured or the heavy weight of the lens resulted in tired arms and more camera shake than could be compensated by VR?

I was present at the parade as an official and I find that you have made a good attempt to cover the entire event. Have you considered using a monopod to help with your shots.

Thks First Saint. Yes, mpenza, the weight was one of the factor. Will consider getting a monopod esp for such occasions in the future.
