　　本报主办九个月摄影赛

　　无论是妻子怀孕、孩子满月或过年过节，家家户户总爱拿起相机，把这些难得的镜头捕捉起来，日后与家人一起重温当年的美好时光。

　　《联合早报》配合今年的“国际家庭年”，将从下月起主办为期九个月的“《联合早报》国际家庭年摄影比赛”，邀请公众配合每月的主题，把温馨的家庭照片寄来参赛。

　　主办单位希望通过这项比赛，传达建立温馨与互相扶持的家庭的重要性，同时通过摄影，灌输家庭核心价值观，加强家庭凝聚力。

　　每个月的主题不同，例如第一期的主题是“新婚的喜悦”，参赛者可以把他们认为在婚礼上最感人及最有家庭影响力的照片寄来参赛，就有机会获奖。

　　参赛者可以使用底片或数码相机拍摄，但不能为照片进行电脑加工或特别处理。

　　主办单位也不接受通过电脑传送，或曾在其他比赛中获奖或刊登的作品。

　　参赛者必须在照片后写下不超过50字的中文或英文说明，并写上个人姓名即可。

　　由《联合早报》摄影组、采访组及美术组代表组成的评审团，将根据作品是否主题贴切、传达的意念是否明确、照片的创意和美感等，选出每月的最佳作品。

　　成绩将在每个月的最后一个星期日，通过《联合早报》公布。

　　到时，得奖照片的故事，也会在同一天刊登，而下一期的主题，也会在同一天宣布。

　　每月获得最佳作品的得奖者，将可获得一台价值999元的FujiFinePix F610数码相机。

　　这项活动由《联合早报》主办、富士软片（新）私人有限公司赞助。

　　这项比赛开放给新加坡公民及永久居民参加。

　　有兴趣的公众，可留意下月4日的《联合早报》，到时，公众便能剪下刊登在早报的参赛表格，连同照片一同寄来参赛，而其他的参赛规则，也会刊登在当天的《联合早报》。

Newspaper sponsors nine months photography match

"Union Morning paper" coordinates this year "the international family year", sponsors from the under month nine month-long "" Union Morning paper "the international family year photography competition", the invitation public will coordinate each month the subject, will mail the warm family photo the participation.

The sponsor unit hoped through this competition, the transmission establishment warmly with the family importance which mutually supports, simultaneously through the photography, instills into the family core values, strengthens the family cohesive force.

Each month subject different, for example the first issue of subject is "the newly married joy", the participant may them think is most touching at the wedding ceremony and most has the family influence the picture to mail the participation, has the opportunity to win an award.

The participant may use the negative or the digital camera photography, but cannot carry on the computer processing for the picture or specially process.

The sponsor unit does not accept through the computer transmission, either once won an award in other competitions or the publication work.

The participant must write down after the picture does not surpass 50 characters Chinese or English explained that, and inscribes individual name then.

By "Union Morning paper" the film crew, the interview group and the fine arts group represent the appraisal group which will be composed, whether will be appropriate according to the work subject, the transmission thought whether will be clear about, the picture creativity and the esthetic sense and so on, will select each month the best work.

The result in each month last Sunday, will announce through "Union Morning paper".

At the appointed time, must reward the picture the story, also can in the same day publication, but next issue of subject, also can in the same day announcement.

Each month obtains the best work rewarding, might obtain value 999 Yuan FujiFinePix the F610 numerical code camera.

This activity sponsors, the Fuji film by "Union Morning paper" (is new) the personal limited company to support.

This competition opens for Singapore the citizen and the permanent inhabitant participates.

Has the interest the public under, may pay attention the month 4th "Union Morning paper", at the appointed time, the public then can cut publishes in the morning paper participative form, mails the participation together together with the picture, but other participative rules, also can publish in the same day "Union Morning paper".
