unless it's unlimited 5BX in the morning.

the only exercise that works for me in the morning is stretching my arm out for the alarm clock and switching it off the alarms

People still do that nowadays?

Thought obsolete already. Nowadays exercise consist of pressing the buttons on the TV remote control. Using your mobile to order home delivery of pizza.

The 5BX now change already.

1st exercise is snooze alarm
2nd exercise is roll back to sleep
3rd exercise is snooze alarm again
4th exercise is roll back to sleep
5th exercise is buay tahan already, just press away said alarm and wake up :)
