550D kit I or Kit II

any advice whether should i get kit I or kit II for 550D

I would go for the 18-135 lens more versatile as a move around lens and can act as travelling lens, if u need the short tele/fast lens/shooting low light then get the tamron 17-50 f2.8 non vr to tag along. That's my humble opinion

Go for the Kit II, as it has a longer focal length compared to the Kit I lens.

Thoroughly enjoy your camera and lens first, then can consider about other lenses. Try out the different photography genres - landscape, portraiture, macro, streets, etc.

From there, you'll know what you like and what you need.

the tamron is faster but the focal range nothing much diff ya? i would suggest try a wide angle lens too
