360 camera systems e.g. IPIX, 360 precision etc

I'm looking for a 360 camera system that allows me to capture a full 360 (up & down as well) in the simplest manner possible. I'm looking at IPIX and 360 precision systems. Does anyone know of any resellers or distributors in SG?
