300mm f/4?

hmm.. juz curious.. r there any other 300mm f4 lenses other den the KM one? if there r.. how much wld it roughly cost? :think:

KM ones can be had for 1.1k. Good condition 2hand ones.

sigma has a 100-300 f4 APO EX.
it'll be more versatile, but not sure about the quality, as i didn't own this lens.

hmm.. anybody noe the rough prices of the tokina and sigma 100 - 300 f4 lenses (2nd hand)?

which wld b a betta lens 4 sports photography (esp. soccer)? the km 300 f4 or one of the above lenses? is there much difference in quality (if any) between the 3 of them at 300mm? haha not too sure about this cuz i read some favourable reviews on all 3 lenses.. anybody has experience wif any of these 3 lenses 2 share? thanks

sigma 100-300 f4 = $1650

tokina 100-300 f4 = $1K plus? i forgot what price i brought???

minolta 300 f4 prime = new around 2K? 2 hand can ask tmc to bring in...

sports hah??? go for 300 f2.8 prime..hee hee...
