Just stick to a general purpose 35mm lens, if you need further reach or go wider, use your legs!

However, if you're fascinated with Leica lenses, then it doesn't really matter... you could get 10x 50mm lenses for they all provide different characteristics! :bsmilie:

But for me, my 3 lens kit will be 21, 35, 50 on a RF. Don't really like the idea of shooting longer than 50mm on RF as the frame is just too small for my liking.

Yeah of course it can replace it... I chose 35/50, but I actually like the FOV of 28 better. Has a certain perspective/distortion to it that feels like you're in the scene. But I wear spectacles, 28mm framelines don't work out too well for me on normal Leica VF

My choice would be 21, 35 and 50. If I bring a 90, I suspect it will stay in the bag for 95% of the time or maybe more.
